Moving! Help!

I am moving this week. How long can I leave the fish in bags while I set up their tank in the new home?

Do you have buckets you could keep them in?

No but luckily I'm only moving 15 minutes away so it shouldn't take too long to set the tank back up.

If they are packed correctly (like they do when you leave the LFS) they will be fine for many hours. I had fish from 5 tanks in bags for a whole day while I moved their tanks. Make sure to keep them at the right temp. Use a cooler or something similar to help insulate them from temp extremes. Buckets or tubs work also. I used buckets for my larger fish.
