Moving house!

Sorry if this has already been asked in another thread (cant find it anyhow)
But i may be moving house in the near future.
I have a 4 ft planted tank,
Current stock:
2 adult discus
3 small discus
1 gkf
3 angelfish
2 gourami
3/10%

3/10 neons. (amazing watching angels swollow these whole lol)
Anyway, im lost on how to transport my fish to there new destination safely. Especially my discus.
I should be taking my current tank water aswell right?
It all seems like hard work

About 30 mins drive.

Just be really careful with the discus. You don't need the tank water, just make sure you keep your filters media under water.
