Mr Lonely Platy in search of Girlfriend

My poor little Platy Meringue has been the only lonely guy in my tank of Mollies. The time has come for him to have a girlfriend. I'm going to take a look at a highly recommended LFS with excellent reviews on Yelp nearby. I'm debating on wether to get another Gold Twinbar like him, or a Red Wag. I really like the Red Wag, but I also want to be sure he will be most attracted to her and not continue to be buddies with my Creamsicle Molly.... He's followed her everywhere for months...
Im realizing I may have to get several females to ensure he doesn't harass one too much.
Poor little guy.... I thought I heard him singing, "All I want for Christmas....."
