I have noticed that they can be pretty skittish and are very active.

Thats not the experience I've had it ate everything and left a disaster of small chunks of fish.

That doesnt make sense at all. i was just feeding mine and they suck up mouth fulls of gravel to get the shrimp pellets and then spit the gravel back out so i am pretty sure they do not have teeth. they are also smart enough to decide what is food and what is tank mate, because i am pretty sure a small clown loach or gbr would be way more satisfiying than a pellet of dried food. also, with what vanimal said they are super skiddish, mine go bonkers if there is any quick movement in front of the tank, so i dont see them actually hunting fish down and pulverizing them. granted every fish is different but it still seems highly unlikely.

Yeah mine really likes frozen shrimp though.
