This is my chiclid tank with
2 tiger oscars
1 firemouth
1 plecko
1 aniubias live plant

Looks okay for now. You will need to upgrade as those fish grow, or get rid of them. The oscars alone would outgrow that tank, add the pleco and the firemouth and when they all max out you are way overstocked.

I prefer sand (or at least small gravel). Bigger gravel traps more debris, so be sure to vacuum well every week.
 
Ok so how would I go about selling the tiger oscars or even rehome them for no fee I dont want them to be miserable
 
You can try taking them back to the store where you got them. Some places will take them back. If that doesn't work, craigslist them, or if your area has a freecycle listing on yahoo try that.
 
Try taking them back now while they are small, you will have better luck. There are a lot of large oscars out there with no homes, and most are far from prime specimens.
