My angelfish is NOT growing :( is it genetics? is it a runt?

I have a 65 gallon tank. All the other fish have grown 1-2 inches in the past 3months.

This angelfish hasn't grown at all.
He eats ALOT - maybe moreso than the other fish.
He swims around happily. Not stressed.
ammonia is zero. Nitrate is below 20.

I don't understand.....

Let him be...sounds like he is happy and healthy, give him more time...

He could be stunted from being in a previously small tank, although sometimes fish grow slow when in a tank that isnt very warm. A warmer tank boosts their motabilism but shortens life. Whats your tanks temp?
