my fry tank

Hey everyone! So, on to the specs of the tank

10 gallon all glass ( for now will be upgrading to 20 maybe 30)
African cichlid fry, about 3-4 weeks old
10 gallon preset heater
2 air stones
And an aqueon quiet flow 20

So on to what i need help with.
I am not impressed with the quietflow 20, i have done everything i can but the flow is minimal, so i need advice what to get, have considered a bio wheel, and a few others, but please let me know what i should get,

Aquaclears rule the HOB world.
A sponge on the intake and all fry all are safe.
Probably all good without sponge at 3-4 weeks.
As quick and often the manufacturers of filters try to rip us off you should get an HOB rated for 2x what ever size tank you end up with.
I breed GBR and run ;
aq 20 on a 10g
2aq 30 on my 33 long
1 aq 50 and 1 aq 30 on a 40b
2 aq 70 on my 55
2 aq 110 on my 75
I also have multiple air driven sponge filters in each tank.
