I have noticed over the last couple of weeks my Gold Barbs have some fin/scale damage when I turn the light on in the morning. This morning, one of the gold barbs was the worst I've seen. Any advise?

My 46 gallon tank is stocked as follows:
4 Gold Barbs
5 Tiger Barbs
2 Black Mollies
2 Platys
2 Goramies
4 Corys
1 Tetra
1 Bristlenose Pleco
3 Nerite SnailsImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1443715375.157521.jpg

ImACoolGuy,
Bulk up the Tiger Barbs or the Gold Barbs?

I'm assuming he meant the Gold Barb. Especially since your Tiger Barbs are outnumbering your Gold Barbs.

Caleb is correct.
Tigers in schools less then 10(ish) are know to cause trouble with others.
They are best in a species tank IMO.
If OP doesn't want very close to if not double digit number of tigers then send them.
The stress and injuries from them will lead to disease issues in no time IMO.
