My hood died

So I'm fairly new to this so I'm looking for a little advice. The hood on my 10g tank just had both bulb sockets die and I'm looking to get a piece of acrylic and separate lamp to replace it. Where should I look for the acrylic and what type of lamp should I look for to accommodate the 10 gallon tank?

I have as follows:
2 guppies
1 fan shrimp
Some wisteria and money wort
