I have made a shocking discovery, they say that barbs are aggressive, but my mother bought them, I did not know they were barbs, and they have been in my community tank, how's that! There is four of them!

I had them before and they were really good fishes and at long as there is enough to keep the other one busy no problems

This was pretty shocking to me, I had no idea, especially with small fish like my rasboras

I'm no expert but I think you have cherry barbs one of the lesser aggressive types of barb. Tiger barbs are the ones to worry about IMO.

I have had a school of rosy barbs for about a year now, and I have never had a problem with them fin nipping. I hear, though I have never had them, tiger barbs are the real fin nippers. I think most other barbs, as long as they are in a school, do really well in a community tank.

I had 2 cherry barbs with RCS and neon tetras in a 10 gallon once and they did fine!
