My ph is to high how do i bring it down.

Before you do anything, what is your pH and why do you think it is too high?

I've lost 5 guppies and it looks like I'm going to lose another my chart goes up to 7.4 but the test is way higher

I can't tell it's off the chart an I got my test on Monday

You can buy Ph chemicals to drop it or buy some drift wood and real plants. Either will be fine i prefer to go natural just to stay away, but either will work

You need to get it tested with a high range test. My pH registers at 7.6-7.8 on the high range. Unless it's REALLY high like 8.8 or something stupid your pH is fine. The guppies may have become weak due to the high ammonia and nitrite you have been experiencing lately.
