My upside down catfish are out and about .. Shoud I be worried ?

I know I might be reading too much into things . However I have had these fish for like 2 years , and they have always hid while they lights were on. Now for the past 2 days that have been swimming around like normal fish . I know I could be READING way to much into this . but is that normal ?

When I had mine they would come out whenever they felt like it. They would always come out at feeding time and just blast through the tank on turbo speed!! I think your ok....
