Mystery Fish / Our tank ... help! :)

Hi all,

Never posted here before but looks like you're all experts so thought I'd post up.

We have a small 3ft tank with a low population of aggressive (I think) fish. The population seems very stable and no other fish can be added as they get eaten (even a fairly large oscar lasted 5mins)

AFAIK this is whats in there...

1 Pacu - I know, they grow to big but were not informed this by shop
2 Lemon Cichlid - Not sure how these survive being so small
1 Pleco
1 Strange upside down catfish thing
1 Mystery stripey cichlid - chases a Pacu twice it's size

Anyways, was hoping someone can tell me what stripey cichlid is and abit about it.... also hope you like the tank, it's basic but looks great.

Your 'stripey cichlid' is a frontosa.

Thanks for the info on the fish...

Yes, we built the stand, has a light inside so it glows at night.... hopefully in the end we'll get a external filter inside it.
