Mystery plant

Hi everyone, I recently got a really cool looking plant and I have no idea what it is. It grows from a bulb and has basically grown this size in a matter of days. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I got it in a low light assortment bundle from aquariumplants.com. About half were labeled but the other half are a guessing game.

It looks like a species of Aponogeton. Possible ulvaceus or undulatas.

I think you are onto something with ulvaceus. I googled and it looks just like mine! Thank you! may have to get a couple more of these.
