need help with set up

I would like your opinion on a new set up it's a bowl,
The size is about 6.5/7
9.5/10
7/8

I would like to use it as a paradise fish home, it would only be one.
It would be topped of by my existing 55 gallon aquarium with water changes coming from there as well.
With the sizes mentioned the paradise fish would be able to turn around easy and would i believe comfortable.
Here is a pic don't mind the Betta hes not alive any more.
