Hey there, I'm having some trouble with my snakeskin gorami! So he had white spots on him which I took as ich, but none of the other fish have anything on them. Now it looks like its some kind of sores . He's losing color and starting to look bad so I'm guessing it's not ich after all. I'll upload pictures, if anyone can help so I can save him and make sure other fish aren't infected I'd really appreciate it.

With some more studying I believe it's some kind of parasite. If anyone knows how too treat this please let me know. I know it's a long shot but I really would like to save my fish.

My snakeskin has always healed and bounced back for me. She has never had ICK though (knocking on wood). I do a 50% PWC ever week and vacuum. How often are you changing water?

Did the white spots look like single specks of salt? Is this fish being bullied or damaged from another fish in the tank?

Looks like he's sitting at the top. Snakeskins are generally all over the tank.
Sounds like you may have to treat the fish. Can you get a better picture?
