Need some help please about CO2

I just got from a friend a oxigen tank that he gave it to me, is not big is about 2ft. high with a regulator. My question is, can I use it fill up with co2 for my natural plants?

That would be a question for the gas distributor. Tanks for different gases are constructed differently. Not sure about O2 and CO2, but I know acetylene tanks are very different from argon tanks.
