Nerite Snail Eggs?

Woke up this morning and found a ton of these little guys. I'm assuming they are the Nerite Eggs after a quick Google search. Should I bother with getting them out?

They don't do anything harmful and eventually just disappear. There's no point in wasting your time to get rid of them.
