new balloon mollies -- attacking?

hey everyone, i'm new here and i just brought home 3 new balloon mollies. i got a black one, a white one, and an orange one. they're super cute but they're kind of freaking me out because they seem to be attacking one another. the black one chases the white one down and starts like trying to bite it or something. i dont think this is normal? does anyone know?

before i purchased them i read online about them being friendly, community fish that gets along with other fish. i'm so sad about it.

I agree. Seems they are just mating. I bet that mean one is a male. If you have room, I'd get another female or two to cut down on the agression.

exactly

for livebearers you need a 3 or even 4:1 ration (4 females for every 1 male)
