New fish

So today I went to pets smart and picked up 5 guppies. I like the way they look when swimming in a school. But it's been a couple of hours now and they're hiding in my plants. My blue gourami and my rainbow fish are chasing them around. I don't think they're going to get along.

You could try rearranging things a bit, or turning out the lights on the tank. Worst comes to worst, you could could place a piece of plexi and divide the tank for a while.

We'll see tomorrow. Lights are off for the night, maybe I'll rearrange little bit tomorrow. I was also thinking adding more guppies, maybe a bigger school will help.

Gourami can be pretty aggressive fish. I doubt your guppy's tails will ever be safe. Rainbows are pretty boisterous fish also. Guppies aren't really a good match for that tank, IMO. Sorry.
