Just think, some of the fish we keep in our tanks come from the other side of the world, especially on the saltwater side of the hobby!

Many of the hard-to-find species are collected in the Far East or farm bred over there. They are collected, held in the exporters holding facility, shipped overseas to the importers facility, then to the local fish store, then to the aquarist's tank! Fish are a lot hardier than people give them credit for.
