:fish1: Soo we have 3 baby platys. we know of our other fish that are about to pop any day. We plan to get a separate tank for the little ones. What is the best way to take care of them? Feed them? temps? what all should I do to keep them healthy?

thanks! :D

Platy fry are big enough to handle crushed flake, and the temp is not an issue. They don't need a heated tank, and do well at room temps. In fact, they live longer when kept at cooler temps. If you are successful, you will soon have too many fish.
A seperate fry tank, with sponge filter and bare bottom is the easiest to care for.

Yea we have been feeding them crushed flakes and they seem to like it. we try and put it in the plants so the other fish doesnt go up and eat it. We are definitely buying another tank to raise them and future fry in.
thanks for the advice! Ill read that article as well :)
