New t5 and 370 gph canister filter, what's the best way to set up a quad t5 light..

I ordered a new quad t5 ho light for my 55 gallon .. will co2 injection in the next few weeks . What's the best way to set up my bulbs on a quad t5 incase I need to make changes .. not sure if will have actinic or not or if that's important to have.
