no you dont need to do a water change. water tests showing good. bacteria cloud may show up but thats common. just means bacteria are growing in numbers to eventually stabilize tank.

where are your fish right now? in main tank that is cycling?
Yes, 1 goldfish, 1 alage eater and 1 glofish.
 
okay, just keep testing water for ammonia nitrates everyday. make certain no big spikes in ammonia.
if that happens, 1/3 - 1/2 water change. or toss in a live aquarium plant or two.
 
I would see if you can return the fish and start over, or at least return the goldfish and pleco. 10g is too small for those fish, and even if you cycle the tank they're going to get too big and dirty to keep up with without having to getting at least a 40g or even bigger if it is a comet goldfish :/
