Nifty new shrimp-Palaemonetes paludosus
Wheee! I just got these today and they are really cool. Fun to watch the food go right on into the gut. Plus, they have huge eyes on stalks, so I'm happy.
And they are huge compared to the cherries and tigers I have (the big females are over 2" long). ![]() ![]()

I had some in my tank until i treated for ich and killed them. they are fun to watch eat. i'm waiting for my rcs to increase in numbers b4 i put some back in.

I've got 4 of those in my 30g hex tank. At least I think they are the same kind. They're some of the hardiest shrimp I have kept. One of the most aggressive too.
