One of my High-fin Serpae Tetras is missing part of its tail. I know that Serpae tetras are known as fin nippers, but I've never seen them nip each other. Should I just leave the fish in the main tank or try to QT?

How much is missing, I'd QT him if it was a more serious nip, but I'd leave him if it was just a small nip to see if you could figure out who is doing the aggressing. Of course keep an eye out for any fungus or infection that might start on the fin. Wouldn't it be nice if they could all get along? LOL.

The entire top part of his tail is missing. It must have happened overnight because yesterday he was perfectly fine. Now I just have to try and catch him. The decor looks nice but it is impossible to net out a tiny Tetra in a 55 gal tank with rocks and live plants. :D
