Yeah it really does... And in Florida only Silvers are legal which is strange to me. Why allow the largest Arow but not some of the smaller ones. Makes no sense.

Ya and i believe they would both have the same odds of survival if set free infact i would think the silver's have a better chance

They probably ban them based on incidents, so in time the silver will probably get banned as well. It should be a fish with a permit requirement on it anyway since it's not suitable for 95% of the people who want one.
