Nori sheets are great fish food.

I haven't heard of people feeding veggies to oscars, but seaweed (nori), peas, cucumbers, zucchini, and chopped up fruit are common suggestions for plecos and other more herbivorous fish. Just make sure to blanch the veggies first so they're more palatable

Shelled peas work good. Also some fruit would be appreciated as well. Oscars NEED veggies in the diet. Get yourself some seachem nourish or Boyds vitachem and soak some freeze dried krill or pellets in it a couple times a week too. Large cichlids don't get enough vitamins.
