other food for loaches

I know alot of you feed your clown laoches different ypes of veggies, what kind do you like to feed and what steps do you take to prepare them? remember, please describe how to do these things as I know nothing about cooking lol I'm lucky I know how to use the toaster at this point lol Thanks yall

Well my loaches are piggies, they love all veggies and many fruits. Zuchinni is their favorite. I blanch it and cool it and attach it to a veggie clip. They also love water melon, less the seeds, canteloupe, honey dew melon for fruits. I simply attach all of these to veggie clips. Cukes the same as zuc.

If I give them a slice of zucchini or yellow squash I usually microwave the slice in some water for about 3 minutes until it looks cooked, let it cool and throw it on a clip. This makes it softer so they can tear right through it.

I throw the peas in after zapping them, but I peel them first after they cool.

I've never tried any fruit.

Blanching is either dropping into boiling water for a minute or two or nuking for a minute or two.
