Otto/sae??

Firstly sorry for the poor pictures, but these guys like the back of my tank and my phone camera is not the best!

I've had these little guys for a while now and they are markedly lighter in color than my otto, I want to make sure they are not sae's!!

I've seen a few nipped fins amongst my little ones and just want to check I've not been 'done' by the LFS.

Those are otocinclus. Siamese algae eaters don't have sucker mouths and don't attach themselves to things. If you meant chinese algae eaters, they do have sucker mouths but those are definitely otos.
