Hi guys,

I have noticed recently that a pair of my Celestial Pearl Danios often swim in tight circles with each other, nose to tail, for a good couple of minutes at a time. I have had a search on here but couldn't really see if anyone had experienced the same as I guess it may differ between species.

Anyone got any thoughts on what it may be?

I'm not sure if it's linked but I have lost two of my CPDs this month (3 weeks apart mind) but having kept a close on my water parameters I can't put it down to that as it has been spot on.

That was my first thought but I have no idea. If I have read correctly the males have deeper colourings and markings as opposed to the less prominent females, and the pair are one of each so it could well be that

Yep mine do it too, it's fun to watch although I don't think the fish are amused lol Have you seen yours spawning yet? The male and female get into a tight "hug," very interesting.
