Pea puffers

Hi everyone, I just recently bought 2 pea puffers and they are doing great! Unfortunately something happened in my family so I have to go away. I will be gone for three days. Can I dump a whole bunch of snails in the tank before I go or will they be ok for that long? Please answer right away!

Yeah, I think they would be okay. Is there someone who can come over to feed them while you are away?

That will be perfectly fine. On the wild, a constant food source is scarce so fish are naturally adapted to not eating everyday.

Unfortunately everyone I've asked seem intimidated by feeding them. So should I give them extra snails before I leave or not? Thanks for responding.

They will be fine whether you add extra snails or not. I always have snails in my pea puffs tank, but only feed frozen every 2nd or 3rd day.
