Peacock eel and spiny eel

Does anyone know the difference between the two or are they the same fish

I believe that a peacock eel is in the category of spiny eels.

Peacock eels are spiny eels, but there are probably hundreds of other species as well. Tire track, fire eel, and the zigzag eel are pretty commonly available.
