They're hiding
I'm curious as to how big they get and all that. And just how other people like theirs. We love ours and they are never shy to come devour some earthworms. Lol there is also a picture of their 55 gal too

they have similar behaviour to the Black Ghost knife.
Nocturnal, likes to hide during the day. Needs a cave.

They are very picky with food.
Mine only ate frozen food (bloodworms and shrimp).
NEVER ate from the top of the tank. Refused flakes.
And only sometimes ate sinking pellet food.

Mine never really hide anymore. There are plenty of caves and tunnels they could get in but prefer to swim around and play with each other
