pest bug??

what the heck is this bug? Recently got some new Java moss, and found this guy a couple days later. Tiny black bug. Did a Google search, didn't see anything that looked the same. Ideas? Harmful?

I'm guessing it is some type of aquatic mite. Could not count the legs from the pic, though.

I counted 6 legs. Harmful to shrimp or shrimplets?
