I usually just run my tank at the pH of the local water supply. Regular pwcs keep my pH in check. I would not really recommend using pH Up or pH Down to control pH.

Infact, what is your pH? Is your pH swinging? WHat is your KH? The fish you have listed will do well a a range of pH levels and it is more important that your pH remain stable than try to hit a "target pH" and maintain that.
 
A better question is "why do you think you need to control your pH?"

Stable pH is far better than a 'perfect pH'.
You'll hear that tetra need softwater...mine do great in moderately hard water.

Most fish's specific pH and hardness needs are more of a requirement to get them to breed, than to keep them happy and healthy.

So as Mattrox asks, what's your current pH?
