Ph levels.

My levels are high and I used use proper ph 7.0 and after 24 hours I checked the levels again only to find it it still too high. Do I need to take out the filter or something.

I used ph proper and it always worked are u sure you are putting enough in.

+1 Proper PH products should never be used. There are more natural ways to change your PH than add chems
