Really beautiful tank! I love the black background, it makes the colors popp and I have it on my tank as well.

Really nice job, and the fake plants don't look bad neither.

what fish do you plan/have in it??

yeah, what's in it?

and what is the bar going across the top back ... is that outflow from the filter/power head?

I'm taking a stab at this but I think the bar is probably a LED light bar, for night viewing.

Thats exactly right, I have my tank lights on a timer and the night LEDs on all the time, once the tanks lights go off the whole tank gets lit up in this cool blue glow.

I have:

6 ADFs
2 Flame Gouramis
4 Opaline Gouramis
1 clown loach
1 red tailed shark
4 Rainbow Bosamis
6 Priscelleta Tetras
6 Neon Tetras
2 Albino BN Plecos
4 Peppered Cory Cats
6 Zebra Danios

beautiful tank! i really like the composition and layout--the driftwood is very dramatic. and i have to say, that even though i am not personally a fan of fake plants, yours look really nice--very elegant.

nice job!

I have one of those lunar LED's too, I have it on a timer though, no idea what the life is on those little LED's and even though it only cost about $30 I'd rather not have to pull that thing out of the tank any sooner than I have to. It goes on about a half hour before the lights go out.

Those LEDs have a life of like 10,000+ hours, and they take very little energy too.
