Planaria and my betta

I think I have a large planaria population I just did a water change and see these little hair like things floating around.

My betta is getting fat off of them. Is my betta going to be okay? Is it okay for her to eat them? I kind of don't want to feed her because she is already getting fat off of just the planaria.

Planaria don't float around. They glide along the tank walls and substrate. The borrow as well.
Sounds more like detritus worms. Should be fine for the betta to consume.
