Ah diatoms.... That's common with new tanks (<5 months). Reduce lighting time, increase water changes, and be more patient, it will go away by itself.

Also it is normal that your cryptocoryes leaves become brown overtime, it means they're happy. My cryptsleaves turned all brown, but giants...
