Hi I have a 55 gallon aquarium with a strong led light that has been working for most of my plants except my Anubis nana. I have had my Anubis for quite a while in my 10 gallon tank with a gravel floor and once I moved it into my 55 with sand bottom it started wilting. Anyone have any ideas why?

Anyone want to talk about plants??

Hello! Sorry no one has answered.

By chance did you actually plant the Anubias?

I have two of these plants and they are embedded in driftwood. The roots are always exposed and the plants are flourishing.

Hmm.. Depending on species some Anubias actually prefer lower light settings. Not sure on exactly which ones, I'm not a plant expert. :)

Try to find some tall dense plants to block off some of the light intensity and reduce the light duration.

The Nana will take low light. Too much light will sorta burn them.

I have mine under some tiger lotus.

I did plant the Anubis and I feel like I wasn't supposed to now. But my dwarf hair grass is now starting to wilt too.
