I don't have any wood, its antlers. I have a few plants and all my fish died!

No I think its a type of fungus! My parameters are good!

If all your fish died something happened.
Anything sprayed near the tank? Fly spray, perfume, air freshener?
Chemical buckets uses for PWC?
Contaminated hands in tank?
Any changes in decor?
What did the fish act like before they died?

It was like they couldn't breathe! My shrimp and frog are still alive!

Here are some better pictures

Have you got somewhere else to put your shrimp and frog? That could be fungus or algae. Honestly it can't tell from the picture. If you say all your fish died and not your shrimp or frog it makes me think it was a fish disease that killed them. Where there any marks, spots, fuzz? Really I can guess all day but it's after the fact and you aren't giving much detail. I would move the survivors and tear down the tank to be cleaned 'just in case'.

There are two fish left out of 15. There were no marks or defects on the fish. The water would foam up and it really started smelling fishy. The white stuff is on everything, the live plants, rocks, sand, etc

I agree, I would definitely tear down the tank if you can't figure it out.

How long has this tank been up and running?

At least a month. This stuff just popped up last Saturday. I'm just going to tear down the whole tank. I'm not patient enough to wait and see if it goes away
