Please identify

I was sold this loach as a Black Kuhli, but then I realized is noting like a a Kuhli.
Can anyone identify it please?

Looks like some kind of freshwater "eel" not sure what kind though

I don't know for sure, but it resembles an American Eel! Google Anguilla rostrata and see if it matches your fish.
I hope someone didn't sell you an american eel instead of a loach....

Definatly not a loach of any sort I would have to go with the American eel!
