tank has been setup since 03/22/14

I really don't have much to add since I've never kept any of these fish, but are you dead set on all of them? Just play around with the ones you'd be most willing to lose and see how it impacts your percentage.

The Algae Eaters get large and very aggressive. YoYos and Kuhli bad combo and they will stress you rams to death. The Leeris get large and I'm not sure how they will act with Cardinal Tetras.

Gourami's are aggressive towards each other. Having four pearls and a blue can cause a lot of stress between them, even having all females or all males could be an issue. I'd say if you're really set on Gourami's, maybe try one or two pairs of Kissing Gourami's. Otherwise take this risk if you'd like, sometimes it works out after all.

Also, Peppered Corys will probably have shortened lives at 82 F.

I would do 1 pair of Pearls or a single Pearl. Blue Gouramis can be jerks. And yes, Gouramis tend to fight.

True Siamese Algae are usually ok, but keep an eye on them. I would not do these and a BN Pleco.

YoYos ? Prob not with Rams. Too pushy.

Kuhlis are very peaceful.

Cardinals look awesome in a large school.

You might swap Peppereds for Sterbai. They handle high temps better than most Corys.

You'll need plenty of plants as well.
