Ell, I've found white worms all over my tank I just wanted to know what they are. I've moved my fry over to another tank so there is no fish, ornaments or plants.

Ps: I did feed freeze dried bloodworms . Could anyone also tell me how to get rid of them? I am also planning on using the tank to breed dwarf gouramis afterwards! :) thanks

They look like just ridiculously large planaria. Have you been feeding the fry more than they an eat?

No they get a small pinch of crushed flake once a day. They eat it all up though. Do you know how to get rid of it tho??? :) thank you ;)

Hm.. The largest planaria I ever saw was quite a bit smaller than that.
Have you siphoned the gravel since the fry have been in there/the past month?

Yes I siphoned it last on Sunday I do that every week. Nothing is going in the tank for anwhile and the filter has been moved to another tank

I've used Dog Dewormer to get rid of Planaria.
My fish and Shrimp were fine.
Fenbendazole. Aka Safeguard 1/10th of 1 packet per 10g
Each packet is an ounce I think. Will check when I get home.

I never knew that. I've always just siphoned my gravel until my entire tank was clear of excess waste. I'll look into that some.
