I was thinking about getting a smaller pleco, 5 otos and around 25 or so lab raised ghost shrimp for the bottom section of my 65 gallon tank. Would these species coexist well together?

Yes they would do fine. For the shrimp we need to know your stock idea of weather they will be safe or not
