puffers
well i kno my tank had ich and i kept the heat up over 86 for a week now and then my puffers ate 1 of the tetras, now 2 days after teh 1 puffer is dead, idk what caused it maybe because they ate the ich on the tetra and i also see that their eyes are reallyu white and puffy so idk what happened any1 have any ideas?

Well, puffers are very sensitive to water parameters.. there could have been various reasons why the puffer died.

Puffers also don't generally do well with other fish. They're a "species only" sort of thing. Especially the Figure 8s. (Are Fig. 8s brackish? I don't remember now...)

the nitrites where high when i tested it and i did a water change 1 died 2day and the other ius still hangin in there

High nitrites will do it, puffers are very sensitive to them.
