Question On Nitrates?

How do you get rid of these guys? However I do not have plants and I make a good amount of water changes during the week
 
well you will never get rid of them. goal is to keep them at 10-20 ppm. how high are they now?
 
Idk really lol I was just asking a question I haven't really checked how do you check for them?
