Question on plants and fish

I have a 20G tank with 3 angel fish, 6 tiger barbs and a balla shark. I have some fake decorations and a algae ball but was thinking of adding some plants. Any suggestions? I have the stock led lamps that came with my tank as well as a stock filter. Not much natural sunlight reaches the tank. Also is there any way to stop the barbs from picking on the angel fish? Thanks!

You are seriously over stocked D; plus barbs don't go with angels as they are fin nippers, you need a much bigger tank, at least a 50g and a high one as angels grow as big as your hand...........sorry

Yep ... Sorry. Way too many fish and not a good combo.

Balls get huuuuge! Angels also get huge and territorial. And tiger barbs are very nippy. You should consider rehoming all your fish but the barbs or even them too!

A school of tiger barbs by themselves is beautiful!

Yes, put them in separate tanks. Angels and tiger barbs are not really compatible. Also, 3 angels in a 20g tank is too many even with no other fish. You are going to have to rehome some of the fish.

I hate it when that happens
