You'll get varying opinions on salt. I had a similar thread awhile back. I think BBradbury uses salt with plants and loaches, maybe snails.

Foreground Anubias nana- not very many carpets for low light maybe Java moss
Mid ground- crypts, java fern
Background- cambomba, myrio, wisteria, anarchis
Not sure what you mean by centerpiece, some Anubias nana or java moss on DW would be cool

I told you, there are very few low light carpets, they tend to grow up instead of out in low light. You could try a moss such as java or Christmas moss.

You can not put clown loaches in a 29 gallon. Not small ones. Not any size. Never. 50 gallon minimum for small ones, and you need at least a 4 foot, preferably 6 foot 120 gallon minimum tank. You also can NOT keep them in pairs or trios. Schools with a minimum of 5 for ANY kind of loach. And dojo loaches are coolwater, you can't keep them with tropical fish.

Go with 5 or 6 kuhlis if you want loaches.

Any others I can keep I might just need a very active fish tat likes trios and something to. Replace the balloon mollys

What's a fish to have replace the balloon mmollys
What are fish/ fish to replace loaches

You don't have to replace loaches, just opt for 6 kuhlis rather than 2 or 3.

Can't say what to replace the mollies with, just add more of your other kinds of fish maybe?

I don't think my family like them
